Custom Color Coatings
POWDER COATING
Bates offers the largest powder coating line in this area. We can handle parts up to 36″ wide, 72″ tall, and 96″ long. And weight? We’ve powder coated chutes for cement mixers!
For a quality coating, our three-stage cleaning line assures clean parts, then a dry-off oven dries and preheats the parts to prepare them for the powder application.
Bates Metal Powder Coating options include: Custom Color Matches, Indoor or Outdoor Powders and Exotic Finishes such as Wrinkle, Gold & Silver Vein, Metallic and Simulated Chrome.

WET COATING
We have experience and expertise in applying a variety wet coating finishes. Options include Enamels, Lacquers, and Staining. A broad range of standard colors are available, and we can formulate custom colors to your specifications.
